(primary – UPSR, secondary – SPM)

 

Average family household income of students
is below RM1,500 for rural areas,
and RM3,000 for urban poor areas

 

 

 

Recommendations from state education departments (JPNs) / Ministry of Education (MOE). Priority to rural and urban poor schools.
